» PLAY! announces an evening of Videogame music from Warhammer Online, Sim City 4 and more performed by the North Carolina Symphony

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., June 26, 2009 - Today, Jason Michael Paul Productions, Inc. announced an evening of videogame music from Warhammer Online, Sim City 4 and more performed by the North Carolina Symphony.

Fans will be treated to two new titles performed for the first time from SIM CITY 4 and WARHAMMER ONLINE: AGE OF RECKONING with the North Carolina Symphony and the Concert Singers of Cary on July 11, 2009 at the Koka Booth Amphitheater..

Exclusive to this concert event will be a very special guest appearance by Warhammer Online composer Brad Derrick. Brad will join Associate Conductor Andy Brick (Composer-Sim City 4, Orchestrator-Warhammer Online) and the North Carolina Symphony as they feature award-winning music from additional titles including BATTLEFIELD 1942, WORLD OF WARCRAFT ®, SONIC THE HEDGEHOG®, HALO™, LEGEND OF ZELDA™ and many others. Outstanding graphics on a big screen above the orchestra accompany the scores, highlighting memorable moments from the video games.

Says Jason Michael Paul, producer of PLAY!, "We are excited to come to North Carolina! We have added new visuals, and new orchestrations to be performed for the first time as part of PLAY!. It will surely be a concert event and cultural phenomenon not to be missed!"

The concert will be performed by the North Carolina Symphony and chorus, conducted by Associate Conductor Andy Brick.
